Ingredients

- 170g butter
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 200g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 120g sourdough discard
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 80g flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- 4g salt
Method

Melt butter and chocolate together, cool slightly.

Whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time until glossy.
