  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 120g sourdough discard
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 80g flour
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 4g salt

Method

    Melt butter and chocolate together, cool slightly.

    Whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time until glossy.
